IP & DMCA Policy

Norwells respects the intellectual property rights of creators, brands, businesses, and rights holders. We are committed to complying with applicable United States copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws, including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

Norwells operates as an independent online retailer and may offer products sourced through third-party suppliers and fulfillment partners. Unless clearly stated otherwise, Norwells does not claim ownership of third-party trademarks, brand names, logos, product designs, copyrighted materials, or other intellectual property that may appear in connection with certain products.

Any reference to third-party names, marks, or materials is intended only to identify or describe the relevant product or content and should not be interpreted as sponsorship, partnership, authorization, or endorsement unless expressly stated.

Reporting an Intellectual Property Concern

If you believe that any product listing, image, text, design, or other material available through Norwells infringes your copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights, please contact us at support@norwells.store.

To help us review your request efficiently, your notice should include enough information to identify the claimed intellectual property, the specific content or product you believe is infringing, and the basis for your complaint.

A complete notice should generally include identification of the copyrighted work, trademark, design, or other protected material involved; the URL or other location of the allegedly infringing content; your full name and contact information; and a statement explaining why you believe the disputed use is not authorized by the rights holder, its representative, or applicable law.

For DMCA-related notices, you should also include a statement made under penalty of perjury confirming that the information submitted is accurate and that you are the owner of the relevant rights or are authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder.

Please include either a physical or electronic signature with your notice.

Our Response Process

Norwells reviews intellectual property complaints in good faith.

When we receive a sufficiently complete and credible notice, we may investigate the relevant product, listing, image, text, or other material and take action when appropriate.

Depending on the circumstances, this may include removing content, disabling access to a listing, requesting additional information, contacting a supplier or service provider, or taking other reasonable steps necessary to address the concern.

We aim to handle valid intellectual property complaints promptly and fairly.

If content has been removed as a result of a DMCA notice and you believe the removal occurred because of a mistake or misidentification, you may contact us at support@norwells.store regarding the possibility of submitting a counter-notification in accordance with applicable law.

Good Faith & Transparency

Norwells is committed to conducting business responsibly and respecting the legitimate rights of intellectual property owners.

We encourage rights holders to contact us directly if they identify a concern so that we can review the matter and work toward an appropriate resolution.

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights or remedies available under applicable intellectual property law.
